Shipping Policy

CHANEL AND MORE SHIPS within 24 hours of purchase. We ship with insurance and tracking and usually ship priority mail. On occasion we may use Fedex or UPS. Items being shipped overseas will take 48 hours to process. If you need an item overnight, please email me and I will do my best to accommodate you. WE SHIP MONDAY THRU FRIDAY. International Buyers will be responsible for any customs duties. NO Exceptions. Any Insurance claims for shipping will be paid when the insurance claim is settled with the carrier.

Return Shipping

Returns are accepted if an item has been GROSSLEY misrepresented AND YOU RETURN WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECIEVING THE ITEM. Your purchase will arrive with a numbered security tag. Items will not be accepted for return unless the security tag is still attached. Returns must be authorized by us prior to returning A 15% restocking fee will be applied to cover credit card fees and so on. YOU WILL GET A CODE FOR RETURN. IN the unlikely event your purchase was found to be not authentic you would be issued a full refund plus shipping costs.
